Exhibition Schedule 2012

The schedule for 2012 offers a spectrum of artists national in scope while underscoring the depth of talent in New Mexico.

The West is Burning, Jim Sienkiewicz- March 2 - March 30, 2012.

The West is Burning, focuses on wildfires in the Western US. Included in this collection is a survey of sites from Arizona, California, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington. The series has yielded over seventy individual sites in five states and eventually all land west of the plains as well as British Columbia and Alaska will be included in the finished body of work.

The series is captured with an 8"x10" view camera and the work will be shown in exquisite 24" x 30" prints.

Leslie Ayers April 13 - May 18, 2012- Solo large scale painting exhibition.

Religiosity June 1 - July 18, 2012- A national juried group exhibition curated by Danielle Rae Miller & Laura Ratcliffe.

ISEA2012 Machine Wilderness - UNM Alumni Exhibition - September 7 - October 26, 2012.

Binary Degradation, Shaurya - November 2 - November 30, 2012 The works are based on the analysis of this random transformation, which the virtual world constantly goes through, referring to the “Age of the New Digital World”. But the new age here refers not to the new era, but literally to the “Age” of the data itself.
